Transition to EFI

Happy September from sunny Baltimore!

This summer has been a season of reflection and joy. Just today, I spent hours in the garden, grateful for the breeze, my farm hat, and the quiet moments that remind me of God’s presence. These simple joys feel like hugs from the Lord.

I’m writing to share a personal update: I’ve transitioned from a role in Christian Education to a new calling in Christian ministry. In June, I joined Equipping Farmers International (EFI) as the Director of the North American Region, also supporting Human Resources. This journey has been a leap of faith, and I’m trusting God to provide through ministry partners.

🌱 How It All Began

In January, a video at church stirred something in my heart. I felt led to email Frank Sindler, CEO of EFI, offering our unused 120×120-foot garden for ministry use. That fall, we hosted our first ICCA training—and it was incredible. I knew I was being called to serve, even if the path wasn’t yet clear.

Upcoming ICCA Training

We’re excited about the next ICCA training

  • I will be teaching in Florida this October
  • We are putting together our 2026 training calendar. Trainings start again at the end of February.

Here’s the video link that God used to guide me into this new season. I pray it blesses and encourages you as it did me.

God is good. All the time.
The church is growing—come be a part of it.

A wife and mother of two. My husband and children have Celiac's disease so I am very concerned about where our food comes from. This has motivated me to grow as much of our food as possible, leading us to own a farm. The love of the Lord and farming has led me to work with Equipping Farmers International. What if the Church could feed itself and the world?
